Client agrees to use any and all Web Acadiana services at their own risk. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Web Acadiana, be held liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use this site. In no event shall we, have any liability to you for damages, losses and causes of action for accessing this site. Web Acadiana specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Web Acadiana be held liable for any loss of data, claimed loss or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, consequential, incidental or other damages. Clent agrees that he/she shall defend, indemnify, hold harmless and save Web Acadiana from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, claims and/or costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against Web Acadiana, its associates, its clients, and employees, that may rise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed by our associates, employees or assigns.

Client further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Web Acadiana against liabilities arising out of:

• Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with any Web Acadiana services;
• Any material supplied by client infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
• Any copyright infringement;
• Any defective products sold to a customer as the result of Web Acadiana services.

All services provided by Web Acadiana are to be used for lawful purposes only. Sites are prohibited that promote any type of illegal activity and links to such illegal activity are also strictly prohibited. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data and/or material in violation of any Federal, State or Local law is strictly prohibited. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Web Acadiana from any claims resulting from the use of our services which damages the client or any other party.

Pornography and sex related merchadise and merchandising is strictly prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere.

Web Acadiana shall be the sole judge of what violates these terms of service.

Web Acadiana reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, business or organization.
